The October 1st edition of WWE NXT promises to be action-packed, dealing with the fallout from last week’s events and laying the groundwork for upcoming storylines as we finally enter the era of NXT on the CW Network.
Lola Vice and Jaida Parker will team up in a tag team match against two members of Fatal Influence and the feud will culminate on this week’s episode of NXT, as there’s a lot of hype for the bout.
Wes Lee is set to face off against his former friend Zachary Wentz in a high-stakes street fight. This feud has been building up for the past couple of months after Lee betrayed The Rascalz and fans can expect the bout to be a very violent affair.
Roxanne Perez will defend her NXT Women’s Championship against Giulia in a singles match. After weeks of buildup, Giulia clearly has a lot of momentum and fans wonder if she will become the new NXT Women’s Champion.
Ethan Page will defend his NXT Championship against Trick Williams, with CM Punk stepping in as the special guest referee. The added presence of Punk makes this championship showdown even more anticipated and fans can expect Punk to be very impartial in his role as the referee.
Tonight’s episode of NXT has a ton of action in store for fans as it will be the first episode on the CW Network, so the hype is truly immeasurable. With the likes of Ethan Page, Trick Williams, Roxanne Perez, Giulia and more on the show, it’s definitely something fans shouldn’t miss.
