TNA is always looking ahead when it comes to putting on their shows, especially in the face of natural hazards. They had to cancel the Spartanburg tapings due to Hurricane Helene and now it appears TNA is planning a special episode for this week’s show.
Hurricane Helene has created major disruptions in the professional wrestling scene, impacting various events. Hurricane Helene has caused extensive damage across Florida, North Carolina, and other states. The storm has resulted in a rising death toll of 64, with millions of homes experiencing power outages for several days.
Additionally, TNA Wrestling initially rescheduled their upcoming shows in Spartanburg but has since decided to cancel those planned events entirely. The tapings were supposed to take place on Monday, September 30, and Tuesday, October 1.
While speaking on Fightful Select’s Q&A podcast, Sean Ross Sapp revealed that this week’s episode of TNA Wrestling will be a Best of Bound for Glory show following the taping cancellation.
‘The word is that this week’s show will be a Best of Bound For Glory show.”
The Bound for Glory pay-per-view will be taking place on October 26th, so we’ll have to see if TNA will be able to make the appropriate tapings for the shows leading up to the event soon enough.
