Cody Rhodes has made it clear—he’s not giving up on his dream to bring back the legendary Winged Eagle Championship. Since winning the Undisputed WWE Universal Title at WrestleMania XL from Roman Reigns, Cody has expressed his desire to revive the iconic belt, which hasn’t been seen since the ’90s.

During a recent interview on Superstar Crossover with Josh Martinez, Cody provided an update on his mission. When asked if he’s still pursuing his goal, Cody didn’t hold back.

“I’m so glad you asked,” Cody responded. “Please know, anyone who ever heard me say the words ‘Winged Eagle Title,’ I actively am still on the hunt. I am still on the mission, and if anything, I have shown in the past, even if it’s for a single night or fleeting, I try to be a man of my word. So, I’m working on it.”

While there’s no official word on if or when the Winged Eagle Title will make its return, Cody remains committed to his goal. Fans are eagerly waiting to see if he’ll be able to deliver on his promise and bring back a piece of WWE history.
