Nikkita Lyons Makes First Remarks After In-Ring Comeback Following Lengthy Absence

Nikkita Lyons, despite returning to televised competition, was seen still wearing knee brace. Unfortunately, she sustained another injury and was out of action for several months. Thankfully, she made her in-ring return recently and has now given her first remarks after the fact.

Nikkita Lyons made her long-awaited return to the ring at the September 27 NXT live event in Davenport after being out of action for eight months due to a knee injury. Lyons had been sidelined since January 9, following her last televised match against Blair Davenport on NXT. Her return marks a major moment for her and the NXT roster after a lengthy recovery period.

Lyons took to her Instagram and uploaded a video of her in-ring return, as she shared her excitement and gratitude for her in-ring after 8 months of recovery from her second ACL surgery. She expressed how much she missed her fans and how overwhelmed she is by the kind comments and messages of support. Lyons emphasized how grateful she is for the love and encouragement she’s received, stating that the journey has been tough, but life challenges you to see how determined you are and how hard you’re willing to fight.

Lyons also gave a special shoutout to the WWE Medical team for guiding her through the recovery process. Lyons expressed her love for the WWE NXT Universe, and is now ready to make her return, filled with energy and passion.
