TNA Wrestling and WWE’s renewed partnership has been making waves since its revival in May when Jordynne Grace appeared on WWE NXT and the possibilities are truly endless. In fact, The Hardys have now addressed potentially returning to WWE as part of their collaboration with TNA.

Matt Hardy made his return to TNA at the Rebellion pay-per-view and Jeff Hardy followed suit at Against All Odds. Since then, the duo have been mainstays of TNA television every single week.

Since WWE and TNA’s collaboration began, significant exchange of talent between the two promotions has taken place, with stars like Tatum Paxley, The RascalzAlexander HammerstoneJoe Hendry, and No Catch Quarter Crew making appearances on each other’s shows. That’s why fans wonder if The Hardys will appear on WWE television again as part of the crossover as well.

While speaking to ComicBook Nation, The Hardys were asked about going back to WWE and facing the likes of Fraxiom and No Catch Quarter Crew. Matt Hardy acknowledges that both the Fraxiom and No Catch Quarter Crew are impressive teams and mentions having exchanged a few tweets with the Fraxiom group. Hardy finds the situation intriguing, noting that he and his team spoke with WWE at SummerSlam and recorded content that is likely to be released on WWE’s digital platforms in the near future.

Hardy believes there is a unique opportunity for them within WWE, suggesting that the company would be selective about their role rather than having them appear without purpose. Hardy feels that WWE would aim to make their involvement meaningful and doesn’t rule out returning to WWE one day.

“Both of those teams are great teams[Fraxiom and No Catch Quarter Crew]. There was a little bit of an exchange of tweets with the Fraxiom guys, and it’s really interesting because I think we spoke with WWE at SummerSlam. We recorded some content with them that will probably be out on their digital platforms sooner rather than later. I also think there’s probably a special place for us in WWE, so I believe they’d be very selective about what we would do, as opposed to just popping up. I think they’d try to make it as meaningful as possible, so who knows? We’ll see. Never say never.”

Matt Hardy already made it clear that he and Jeff Hardy want to end their careers in WWE. Therefore, only time will tell if they will return to WWE for one last run, as fans would love to see that happen.
