CM Punk has been gaining major attention recently, becoming one of the top attractions in the company. His natural talent for comedy has shone through, which is why it’s no surprise he was featured in the trailer for the comedy film Let’s Start a Cult.
According to PWInsider, the comedy film ‘Let’s Start a Cult’ will be releasing in theaters on October 25th. The most interesting aspect of this movie is the fact that CM Punk will be featured in the film as well.
The first official trailer for the movie released today and it featured all the cast members showing off their comedy skills. This included CM Punk, who was shown prominently during a scene in the trailer.
“Let’s Start a Cult” is a film created by Ben Kitnick, who co-wrote the script with stars Stavros Halkias (known for “certified cumboy” and the Stavvy’s World podcast) and Wes Haney (featured in Netflix’s “The Characters: Tim Robinson”). The cast includes Eric Rahill (from FX’s “The Bear”), Katy Fullan (from HBO’s “Curb Your Enthusiasm”), and Daniel Simonsen (from BBC’s “House of Fools”).
CM Punk had signed with Paradigm Talent Agency earlier this year and fans are excited to see how CM Punk will fare in the movie as they want to see his comedy prowess in the upcoming film.
