WWE is making a much bigger deal out of their top premium live events. WrestleMania has been a two-night show since the pandemic, and SummerSlam is going to follow in that trend. Although we only had a one-night event in Cleveland Browns Stadium for this year’s event, next year’s will be a huge couple of nights in New Jersey.

Cardi B appears to have broken the news on her social media that SummerSlam is coming to New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium on August 2 and 3, 2025. She dropped a brief promo trailer for the upcoming biggest party of the summer along with a caption to hype the big announcement.

Here’s to the Streets.. and to my girl @BiancaBelairWWE! SummerSlam. 2Nights. MetLife Stadium. August 2nd and 3rd.”

We will have to see if Cardi B is booked to appear at SummerSlam 2025. There were plans for her to appear at the show a couple of years ago as host, but she had to pull out due to pregnancy.

Triple H also hyped the big announcement as he tweeted out to say, “The Biggest Event of the Summer is about to be bigger than ever before. On August 2 & 3, we’re bringing you two nights of #SummerSlam @MetLifeStadium.”

We do not know what will happen at SummerSlam 2025, but odds are fans will see John Cena at the event. After all, 2025 will include the Greatest of All Time’s retirement tour. Now, we will have to see how WWE stacks the rest of the year, because we have a long way to go until SummerSlam 2025 in New Jersey rolls around. You can find presale ticket information for SummerSlam 2025 on WWE’s official site.
