After MVP left WWE earlier this year, many fans speculated about his next move, with AEW being a popular guess. Those predictions came true when he made his debut at AEW Grand Slam. However, there was an interesting detail during his debut that some fans may have overlooked as well.

During AEW Grand Slam, MVP interrupted Prince Nana during an update on Swerve Strickland’s injury, revealing that Strickland was still sidelined after AEW All Out. MVP took the opportunity to call out Nana’s management of Swerve, referencing how Adam Page had burned down Swerve’s house, while Nana seemed more interested in side projects like selling coffee and dancing.

MVP hinted that he had a business proposal for Swerve Strickland once he’s ready to return, suggesting that Swerve deserves stronger and more focused management. However, eagle-eyed fans have spotted a very interesting detail about the segment.

When MVP gave his business card to Prince Nana towards the end of the segment, if one zooms in on the business card, one will find that the words ”Hurt Syndicate” are written right beneath MVP’s name, more or less giving away the fact that MVP will have his faction with him in AEW.
