Mercedes Mone is regarded as one of the greatest female professional wrestlers of the modern era. The CEO, who has taken a lot of credit for elevating the business, recently lent her wrestling expertise to Loren LoRosa.

The current AEW TBS and NJPW Strong Women’s Champion was seen teaching popular figure Loren LoRosa the choke hold move on a larger man at the Breakfast Club studio in New York City, as seen in a video on their Instagram.

Mercedes Mone can be seen guiding Loren LoRosa from the window of the main studio to lock in the move on the man, who was much bigger than her, as a possible effort for her protection by learning physical combat.

“@lorenlorosa learning how to defend herself against the oppest pop in the room 🤣 from @mercedesmone.”

Mercedes Mone was at the Breakfast Club to promote the upcoming special edition of their flagship show, AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam, taking place in the Arther Ashe Stadium in New York.

While The CEO is not advertised for a match currently, it is expected that Mercedes will make an appearance at the show, which could see the start of a new feud for her or possibly an old rival coming back to reignite their rivalry.
