Big E Eyes In-Ring Comeback Pending Neck Scans in Next 3-6 Months

Former WWE Champion Big E has been away from the ring due to a serious neck injury. He now feels optimistic that his upcoming neck scans in three to six months could open the door for his return to in-ring action.

Big E has been sidelined since the March 11, 2022 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, where he sustained broken neck. During his absence from the ring, Big E has remained active, making numerous appearances on various shows.

While speaking to Kyle Odegard of Philly Sports Talk, Big E revealed that he will undergo neck scans in three to six months. If he gets cleared, discussions about a comeback will take place.

Big E mentioned that he is focusing on each day as it comes, acknowledging that while it might sound cliché, it’s his approach. He explained that after the upcoming scans, if the results are positive and doctors give the green light, then they will have a conversation about his return.

The former WWE Champion emphasized the importance of not stressing over things he can’t control. He expressed enthusiasm about the possibility of returning to the ring if it’s safe and healthy, stating that he would fully commit to that. However, he also noted that he has a clear vision of what he wants to pursue if a comeback doesn’t happen, and he is excited about that alternative path as well.

”Yeah. More than anything, I’m just taking every day as it comes. I know that sounds like a cliché. But I get scans again in another three to six months, and if they look great and the doctors say it’s healthy for me to go back, then that’s something where we’ll sit down and talk about it. But I try not to spend too much time worrying about things I can’t control. It’s nice to know that if I get the opportunity to get back in the ring, and I can do it healthily, then let’s do that. Let’s attack it fully. But if not, I know exactly what I want to do, and I’m excited about that path too.”

Big E even went to Cancun for stem cell treatment at RejuvStem, and he feels great after the stem cell treatment. Therefore, only time will tell if Big E will ever return to the ring, as many fans still have hope and it’s not hard to see why.
