WWE NXT is heading towards a new era, with the brand moving to the CW Network next week. As announced previously, the show will see RAW star The Miz host a special edition of his popular talk show, ‘Miz TV.’
The Awesome One has already got the fans hyped up with his appearance. He recently took to his X to announce that his guests on the show will be NXT North American Champion Oba Femi and his upcoming challenger, Tony D’Angelo.
The Miz applauded Tony D’Angelo’s training video montage that was aired on the September 24 edition of WWE NXT, where the D’Angelo family designed an intense training program for The Don of NXT to prepare for his title match against Oba Femi two weeks from now on WWE NXT.
“Tony D’Angelo … saw your training montage, pretty impressive. Now you know that you can go to sign that contract in Ava’s office at anytime, but how about next week … live on the debut of NXT on the CW network … it’s Oba Femi and Tony D’Angelo on Miz TV … and that sounds AWESOMMEEEEEE.”
Later in the NXT press conference, Oba Femi claimed that Tony D’Angelo is a broken man and he would be unsuccessful in his quest to dethrone him for the NXT North American Championship.
With both competitors set to appear on Miz TV next week on NXT’s premiere episode on the CW network, tensions will definitely be running high between Oba Femi and Tony D’Angelo coming face-to-face.
