Roman Reigns made a remarkable return to WWE at SummerSlam, months after losing his Undisputed WWE Title to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 40. He immediately targeted the man who had been on a quest to replace him as the Tribal Chief, Solo Sikoa, only to be decimated by him and his new Bloodline on SmackDown a few weeks later.

However, The OTC was not going to be kept down for long, as Reigns made his comeback on the premiere episode of SmackDown on the USA Network. He made the save for Cody Rhodes against The Bloodline and later on, the duo signed a contract to team up at Bad Blood against Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu.

This will be Reigns’ first in-ring match since WrestleMania 40 and The ‘Only Tribal Chief’ is putting in the work to prepare for his grandcomeback. In a video posted on his TikTok, Roman Reigns can be seen in an intense workout session.

Reigns can be seen putting focus on his strength and weight training, conditioning and cardio workout, possibly as part of his preparation for WWE Bad Blood, where he aims to reclaim his spot as the true ‘Head of the Table.’

Moreover, he has also given his word to his partner, Cody Rhodes for helping him defeat their common enemy, despite their turmoil past and rivalry. So it would be interesting to see if this unlikely alliance would be able to co-exist and defeat the Bloodline at WWE Bad Blood.
