WWE brought a big show for the September 23 RAW as the days count down to Bad Blood. CM Punk and Drew McIntyre will throw down in a Hell in a Cell match during that event. Even though they aren’t headlining, those two will still command a mountain of attention in Atlanta’s State Farm Arena.
Drew McIntyre was on hand for the September 23 WWE RAW, and he had a lot to say before his Hell in a Cell match at Bad Blood on October 5. He started off his promo by saying that his wife has begged him not to go through with the Hell in a Cell match.
McIntyre then promised to make CM Punk bleed a lot, and he will also make him feel more pain and suffer more than he ever has before. Drew brought up CM Punk’s promo from last week’s RAW, and how he called himself the devil. Drew said that Punk isn’t a “god-like figure, you’re just a man.”
This was a short promo, but the Scottish Warrior got right to the point and he sent his message. Things are likely to pick up in a big way on October 5, and we will have full coverage of the Hell in a Cell match here at Ringside News.
WWE has been hyping Drew McIntyre and CM Punk’s match in a heavy way. They also dropped an amazingly edited video as part of the promotional rollout.
