WWE’s Bad Blood event on October 5 is building up to be an exciting night in Atlanta, especially with new developments in the WWE Women’s World Title match. On the September 23rd episode of RAW, Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio made quite the entrance; however, little did they know that bad news was right around the corner.
Liv and her Daddy Dom drew heat from the audience, with Morgan bragging about “taking everything” from Rhea Ripley and calling Dominik the “most beautiful man in the world,” much to the crowd’s displeasure.
However, things took a turn when Rhea Ripley interrupted their celebration. Ripley, delivering a message from RAW General Manager Adam Pearce, revealed that at Bad Blood, Dominik Mysterio will be locked in a shark cage, preventing him from interfering in the title match. This stipulation excited the crowd, but Liv Morgan wasn’t too pleased with the development, who even took a hard punch right in the face by Ripley.
In a video released by WWE on Instagram, following the segment, Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio can be seen walking through the backstage area. While Morgan was seen favouring her face reeling from the effects of the punch, Dominik Mysterio was not at all happy about being “locked up again”, citing his arrest a few years ago, which he considered some of the darkest days of his life.
Liv Morgan then told Dominik Mysterio that they were going to fix the situation by speaking with Adam Pearce. However, as seen later on, Pearce declined their request with the shark cage stipulation very much in place.
Moreover, this new twist could significantly impact the outcome of the match, with Dominik unable to come to Morgan’s aid. Fans are left wondering if this will finally tip the scales in favour of Ripley, allowing her to reclaim the title.
Who do you think will walk out victorious at WWE Bad Blood between Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley, now that Dominik Mysterio is out of the equation? Sound off in the comments!
