Darby Allin is known for his intensity and laser-like focus when it comes to his matches, and that was no different during the AEW All In weekend in London.

While speaking with Shirleigh in an interview, Allin opened up about his mindset when he travels to new places, revealing that he tends to isolate himself to stay locked in on the task at hand.

“I don’t know. When it’s trips like this, I get into such a business mode. I can’t… I don’t explore. I’m like a hermit,” Allin explained. “I like to stay in the room as much as possible and focus on Sunday. It’s weird. It does not feel like a vacation. I can’t even go out there and explore the town. I’m so focused.”

Despite his intense preparation, Allin came up short at AEW All In, losing to Jack Perry in a hard-fought Coffin Match. Looking ahead, Allin will have another major opportunity as he’s set to face Jon Moxley for a shot at the AEW World Championship at AEW Grand Slam on Wednesday, September 25.
