WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley has officially re-signed a WWE Legends deal, ensuring his continued connection to the company that helped solidify his legendary status.

Despite not being a regular presence on WWE programming, Foley will still be featured in WWE’s merchandise, video games, action figures, and other promotional material as part of the agreement, according to Fightful Select.

Although Foley had once hoped to wrestle a farewell match, health concerns have put that dream to rest. Nevertheless, the Hardcore Legend remains committed to the WWE family through his Legends contract, a fitting tribute to his storied career. Foley’s influence and contributions to the wrestling world will continue to be honored through various WWE platforms.

In addition to the news of his new deal, Foley made headlines recently with his comments about the Vince McMahon lawsuit. While discussing the situation, Foley expressed sympathy for McMahon, reserving his final judgment until more details emerge.

“I feel really bad that someone I care about got into something that seems pretty unsavory. I’m gonna hold off judgment until I see the [Netflix docuseries]. But I think one thing that’s fortunate is, whatever he did or did not do, I don’t think many of us are allowing that to mess with our memories. He was instrumental in creating some of those memories. So I’m choosing to appreciate him until I learn more about what may have gone down,” Foley said.
