Tragically, Latino Heat, Eddie Guerrero, passed away on November 13, 2005, at the age of 38 due to heart failure, which may have been linked to his past struggles with drug and alcohol abuse. His final match took place just one day earlier, on November 12, 2005, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he faced Batista for the World Heavyweight Championship.
