Rich Swann has faced challenges in his life outside the ring. He was recently arrested for disorderly intoxication, which has brought attention to his personal struggles. While he remains absent from TNA, his return status for the company has been revealed.
Rich Swann was arrested on June 8 in Altamonte Springs, Florida, for disorderly public intoxication and causing a disturbance. These are both misdemeanor charges. According to the arrest report, Swann was seen trying to force his way into an apartment, possibly thinking it was his own. The resident inside felt threatened and confronted Swann with a gun, which made him back away and leave.
Ringside News exclusively reported that Swann has entered a “nolo contendere” plea, which means he neither admits nor denies the charges but chooses not to plead guilty or not guilty.
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Swann is working on his sobriety and has shaved his head for a fresh look. As of now, there’s no news on when he will return to TNA.
Rich Swann is still suspended from TNA Wrestling, and it seems he won’t be returning anytime soon. However, fans are relieved to hear that he is currently doing better and that’s all that matters.
