Chad Gable established himself as one of the most dependable stars on the WWE roster, but he has interests outside of the realm of professional wrestling. That’s why it’s no surprise Gable has confirmed that he will be an official ambassador for the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games.
If you were not aware, Chad Gable competed in the 185-lbs division in Greco-Roman wrestling during the 2012 Olympics. Gable was also named as 2012 Greco-Roman Wrestler of the Year by USA Wrestling.
Chad Gable took to his Twitter and uploaded a video, revealing that he has been named an official ambassador for the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games, which will be held in his home state of Minnesota.
Gable pointed out his belief in the unifying power of sports and how the USA Games represent this spirit uniquely. Gable is dedicated to raising awareness for the athletes involved and encourages others to support the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games.
”I could not be more excited to announce that I’ll be an official ambassador for the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games in my home state of Minnesota. I always believed in the power of sports to bring people together and the USA Games embodies that spirit in an inspiring way like nothing else. This is certainly an incredible opportunity for Chad Gable and fans couldn’t be happier for the former Olympian to be named as an official ambassador for the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games. Therefore, we will have to wait and see how he will fare in the role, as fans expect great things from him.
