Seth Rollins, who recently returned from a knee injury, faced another setback during the August 5 episode of WWE RAW. He was viciously attacked by Bronson Reed, and since then, he has been absent from in-ring action. Despite his ongoing absence, Rollins is now being advertised for an upcoming WWE event, leading many to believe he will return soon enough.
Bronson Reed unleashed multiple Tsunami splashes on Seth Rollins during the August 5 episode of WWE RAW, leaving him in a severe condition. Since the attack, Rollins has been absent from WWE events. This is because the attack on RAW served as a way to write Rollins off TV due to ongoing chronic issues affecting his physical health.
As reported earlier, Saturday Night’s Main Event is making a major comeback. The event will be taking place on December 14 at Nassau Coliseum in Long Island, NY at 8 p.m. ET on NBC and simulcast on Peacock.
WWE is also advertising several top Superstars for the event, which is why they already have a poster for the show. The poster includes Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan and interestingly enough, Seth Rollins. Therefore, fans can assume Rollins could make his in-ring return during the show.
In the meantime, Rollins is reportedly focusing on rehabbing his injury, working hard to make a full recovery. Therefore, we will have to wait and see if The Visionary will make his triumphant return at Saturday Night’s Main Event this year, as fans would love to see him come back.
