The first night of WWE SmackDown’s return to the USA Network was filled with excitement, beginning with a major comeback from Roman Reigns. It’s apparent Reigns will be making frequent appearances on WWE television now and it appears his status for WWE’s next Saudi Arabian event has been revealed.
Roman Reigns returned to confront The Bloodline after Cody Rhodes won a cage match against Solo Sikoa. It was then confirmed that Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes will face off against Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu in a tag team match at WWE Bad Blood next month.
Survivor Series is also taking place on November 30th, but fans can look forward to WWE’s next Premium Live Event in Saudi Arabia, namely Crown Jewel. The event will take place on November 2nd at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer stated that Roman Reigns is likely set to appear at the Saudi Arabia show and is confirmed for the Survivor Series event. Additionally, he will be working the show in Atlanta, as he’s advertised for these upcoming appearances.
“Roman is probably working the Saudi Arabia show. They got him working Atlanta and he’s definitely working the Survivor Series show, they got him advertised for that.”
We will have to wait and see what WWE will have planned for Roman Reigns at WWE Crown Jewel. Last year, he had a solid match against LA Knight at the event, so fans expect a match of similar quality at this year’s event.
