Roman Reigns is undoubtedly one of the biggest stars in the history of professional wrestling but before becoming a wrestler, he used to play football and it appears he recently, he linked up with the coach of Georgia Tech Football after last week’s SmackDown.

Georgia Tech was where Roman Reigns, began his athletic career. Before becoming a wrestling sensation, Reigns played college football as a defensive tackle for the Yellow Jackets.

The Tribal Chief of WWE started for three seasons and was named a First-Team All-ACC player in 2006. Over his college career, he recorded 65 tackles, 6.5 sacks, and one pass defended.

Brent Key, who is the current coach Georgia Tech Football team, took to Twitter and uploaded a photo of himself alongside Roman Reigns, as Reigns paid a visit to his alma mater.

Roman Reigns is currently set for a huge tag team match at WWE Bad Blood next month, where he will be teaming up with Cody Rhodes as they square off against Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu. Nevertheless, fans are glad to see that Roman Reigns has not forgotten his roots and that’s all that matters.
