Ricky Starks has been a major name in AEW since 2020, but he has been noticeably missing from television since late March. During his absence, it appears he is now set for an appearance at a wrestling event.

On the March 30 episode of AEW Collision, Ricky Starks seemed to get injured during a tag team title tournament match where he and Big Bill competed against Top Flight. This was his last appearance on AEW TV, and he hasn’t been seen since. The reasons for his absence are still unclear.

Ricky Starks has been announced for an appearance at the Wrestling Universe in New York City on September 22, from 12 pm to 3 pm. He mentioned the event on Twitter, inviting fans to come and meet him during this rare opportunity.

”Few rare appearances like these so come say hello this Sunday!! 12pm-3PM @TheWrestlingUni”
