Paul Heyman is one of wrestling’s most iconic figures, and he remains a vital part of The Bloodline’s direction, even though he is no longer featured on television. The former ECW head honcho has a great history in the pro wrestling business, and aspects of it fasciante him as well.

The Wise Man recently shared some life advice that reflects his unconventional path to success. From starting as a photographer to running his own promotion and becoming a legendary manager, Heyman’s journey in the wrestling world is anything but traditional.

In an interview with Jazzy of Jazzy’s World TV, Heyman was asked what he believes contributed to his success in the industry. He opened up about his personal belief why he’s successful, all the while he avoided having “a real job.”

“I think I’m successful because I never really wanted a real job in my life. I have successfully avoided having a real job for the entire width of my existence. It was probably from my mother saying, ‘You’re a schmuck, nobody is going to like you. Do what you want to do with your life anyway.'”

Paul Heyman’s ability to follow his passion and forge his own path in the wrestling world has made him a trailblazer in the industry. From managing top talent to his time behind the scenes, Heyman’s career spans decades of innovation and impact. He is a WWE Hall of Famer for a reason, taking his place in this year’s ceremony with a fantastic speech.

The last time fans saw Heyman on WWE television was on the June 28 SmackDown, where he was put through a table by Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu. Despite the physical toll of the business, Heyman’s influence in wrestling remains stronger than ever.

Only time will tell whether Paul Heyman will return to WWE television soon, because Roman Reigns came back on his own. Heyman’s ejection from The Bloodline is certain to lead to a big return, but this saga also has a lot of room left to it.
