Lemmy, the front man of Motörhead, was a true rock ‘n’ roll legend. Sadly, he passed away on December 28, 2015. Triple H has always remembered his friend and their connection through music. To honor Lemmy’s legacy, Triple H took part in a special tribute project, showing his deep respect for the man who played a significant role in shaping his WWE career.

Triple H’s WWE career has been long and iconic, with Lemmy and Motörhead’s music playing a key role in shaping his character. His theme song, “Time to Play the Game,” has become as recognizable as his finishing move, the Pedigree, and his signature weapon, the sledgehammer. Together, these elements have defined who Triple H is in the ring.

When the chance came to honor Lemmy and Motörhead, Triple H didn’t hesitate. He took to his Instagram and shared that Lemmy and the band’s music had a huge impact on “The Game” and that it was a privilege to pay tribute to his friend.

Triple H contributed to a book called ”No Remorse,” celebrating Lemmy’s legacy, along with over 27 other musicians, writers, actors, and bandmates, marking the 50th anniversary of Motörhead.
