Logan Paul’s impressive success in professional wrestling, especially his reign as the United States Champion, was something fans never expected. Recently, Kevin Nash had some harsh criticism for Logan Paul and Paul responded by calling Nash bitter and jealous. With that said, Nash has finally responded to Paul’s fiery remarks as well.

Kevin Nash openly expressed his frustration with Logan Paul, criticizing Paul’s lack of knowledge about wrestling terminology. Nash pointed out a moment when Paul admitted on a podcast that he didn’t know what the term “shoot” meant.

Nash feels Paul isn’t truly part of the wrestling community since he doesn’t travel or spend time learning the ins and outs of the business. His main issue is that celebrities like Paul are paid much more than full-time wrestlers, despite having limited appearances in the ring.

“He’s not one of the boys. Where would he learn that sh*t at? Where’s he fu**ing going up and down the road, fu**ing talking about our fu**ing jargon? In the building? Everybody’s in their own fu**ing motor coach. There’s no fu**ing interaction. There’s no socialization. You don’t become one of the boys just because you’re around them. That motherfu**er, from what I heard, he’s making like 5 million bucks for a limited fu**ing, and those other motherfu**ers are out there making house shows, fu** you. I don’t give a fu** how many people are following you. If it said you had fu**ing 24 fu**ing million road scholars following you, motherfu**er, man, I would be like, ‘Dude, you are fucking Jesus.’ You got a bunch of fu**ing idiots.”

Logan Paul fired back at Kevin Nash’s criticism by bluntly saying, “F*** you” and accusing Nash of being bitter. Paul went on to claim that he’s better at wrestling than Nash ever was, intensifying the exchange between the two.

“I got people messaging me. They’re like, ‘Kevin Nash is talking sht about you.’ I said, ‘Damn. Who is Kevin Nash?’ I mean that. I’m unfamiliar with this guy, which I think is his problem. I’m not as versed in the WWE and wrestling as I should be, as my peers are, but then how am I so much better than all of them? I don’t have the answer to all of these questions. I don’t know how I can be the best in WWE, at least one of the best, I’m surely a top fiver, and I don’t even do it full time. Imagine if I did learn a little bit. Imagine if I devoted, became one of the boys [laughs]. Learned the difference between a shoot and a work. Would that make me a champion? Fck me? Fck you. You’re one of the old guys who is bitter that I am better at your job than you ever were. That makes you pathetic. This will be my sport and I will continue to make guys like you eat your words when I devote a little bit of time to it. Fck me? F*ck you.”

While speaking on the latest episode of Kliq This, Nash clarified that he didn’t say “F*** you,” but rather, “F*** you from the boys,” implying that he was speaking on behalf of other wrestlers. He acknowledged that he doesn’t have a personal stake in the matter and expressed appreciation for the money the wrestlers are making. Nash said his comments were made in character and meant to create a memorable soundbite.

Nash admitted that he doesn’t know much about Logan Paul but first noticed him during his match with Roman Reigns in Saudi Arabia, where Paul filmed himself while performing a dive. Nash was impressed by Paul’s athleticism but noted that he heard from someone who had been in the ring with Paul that he’s great physically but struggles with remembering details.

“I didn’t say ‘F***you.’ I said, ‘F***you from the boys.’ I guess I’m one of the boys. I guess, technically. I don’t have a dog in the race. I love the fact that the boys are making that kind of money. I just took it in character when we talked about it and did what we do: you embellish a little bit. ‘We’ll get a sound byte out of this.’ This comes out and I look at it, and to tell you the truth, I really don’t know anything about him. I remember the first time I heard his name.

Not going to f***** go there. He has more than paid his dues on that. He has apologized. That would be a bitter old man that kicks somebody in the balls when they’re taking a shower and they have their eyes closed. The first time I really noticed him was against Roman, the Saudi match. He was on the top rope and cut a promo with his own phone in his hand and he filmed a dive. I thought, ‘Wow.’ There were different times after that where I would watch him and people would pop and he would film the people and he put it on his social media. That’s taking this whole thing to a different level. Nobody laid that out for that f***** kid. I think his athleticism is amazing. When I go some place and somebody is getting that kind of push and money, I ask some questions. I’m still one of the boys. I asked a person that has been in the ring with him, ‘How is he?’ He says, ‘He’s amazing as far as what he can do physically. He just doesn’t remember anything.’ I don’t know how much truth there is to this. For the match in Puerto Rico. They brought a ring down and trainers. They go through his matches. He said, ‘Maybe he should get more in depth of knowing the history.”

Nash commented on Paul’s dedication, noting that he trains hard before his matches. However, Nash emphasized that to be considered among the top wrestlers, one needs to be able to perform effectively without relying heavily on detailed plans and cues.

Nash expressed his hope that Paul stays injury-free and has a successful career. He joked about not being familiar with the latest trends or social media platforms and reflected on his own successful career and Hall of Fame status. He concluded that not knowing each other is fine and mentioned Paul’s impressive net worth, suggesting that if he were in Paul’s position, he might not be as focused.

“He still has to go down there for two weeks and put in time and bounce around and go through that s***. It’s just, you’re not a top five guy if you can’t….when I was 42 years old, if you can’t go out there, and I’m sitting in Hulk’s dressing room and drinking beer, and we have 12 minutes and they give us the finish, and your music plays and mine plays, and I go to the ring…you’re not one of the top five guys if you don’t know what the f*** we’re doing. If you can’t just go out there and call it,” stated Nash.

Nash continued, “I pray that he doesn’t get hurt. I hope he has a good run. I’m not going to stop drinking PRIME. I’m a 65-year-old dude. I don’t know what the f*** Vine is. He said he doesn’t know me. Dude, I don’t f***** know you either. Somebody in the company had his net worth at $150 million. To take things into perspective. If I had $150 million, I’m not too sure I’d be super laser-focused. I’d get my s*** in and cal it a day. The worst case scenario is they tell you to take a hike. I’m in the Hall of Fame, I had a great run. I was blessed. I’m blessed with 30 years of loyal and great fans. He doesn’t know me and that’s fine.”

Logan Paul also plans to change his schedule from next year as he doesn’t want to have a limited schedule anymore. Regardless, both Kevin Nash and Logan Paul have a right to their opinions and many fans will take both of their sides. We’ll have to see if Paul will decide to respond to Nash once again.
