There is a lot going on in AEW, and they can only promote so many people for their shows. Still, they are also aware whose home states they are venturing into, which makes Britt Baker’s absence from one graphic very interesting.

AEW is going back to Pittsburgh, Britt Baker’s home city, on October 2. They will celebrate their 5-year anniversary during that night. Baker is featured on the promotional graphic, but there are also 20 other AEW stars on the poster for that night. You can check out ticket information for the October 2 AEW Dynamite here.

AEW is heading to Reading, PA with AEW Dynamite at the Santander Arena on Wednesday, November 20, but Britt Baker is not featured at all on that graphic as AEW promoted VIP Elite Experience tickets. This is very odd indeed. You can find tickets for AEW Dynaite on November 20 in Reading, PA here.

AEW is also going to Philadelphia on November 2 for an episode of Collision at the Liacouras Center. Britt Baker is also absent from that graphic. You can check out ticket information for that event here.

In case you need a refresher, Britt Baker made her return to AEW at Forbidden Door 2024, after a nine-month hiatus, interrupting TBS and Strong Women’s Champion Mercedes Moné’s celebration as newly-crowned double champion. Baker later revealed that she had been sidelined by herniated disks, a torn hip labrum, and a transient ischemic attack in late 2023.

Baker had her first match back on July 24 at Blood & Guts, defeating Hikaru Shida but was attacked by Kamille afterward. Following a brawl at Comic-Con, AEW president Tony Khan confirmed Baker would challenge Moné for the TBS Championship at All In. However, Baker was suspended on August 2 after a backstage altercation with MJF and his girlfriend Alicia Atout. On August 25 at All In, Baker was defeated by Moné.

Stories have also come out about Britt Baker’s backstage position. On top of being accused of having a big ego, she was really suspended from AEW, but it had nothing to do with the storyline reason they provided. The former AEW Women’s World Champion caused a backstage issue with MJF, one that went down right before MJF’s hour-long match against Will Ospreay. She did return to have that match against Mercedes, but she also lost it.

Ringside News also reported that Mercedes Mone has several problems backstage right now, and Britt Baker also has issues with her. It was also noted that Baker has issues with several people. We will have to see what happens next, but Pennsylvania is Britt Baker’s home turf, and she isn’t being advertised this time around.

What’s your take on Britt Baker’s booking in AEW? Should she be featured on any PA shows? Let us know what you think in the comments section!
