Wardlow Seen with Several WWE Stars Amidst Prolonged AEW Television Hiatus

Wardlow was seen as one of the dominant stars in the All Elite landscape for a long time, but fans feel he has been underutilized for a long time now. While he remains absent from AEW television, he was spotted with several WWE stars.

Wardlow won the TNT Championship again on April 19, 2023, but lost it to Luchasaurus on June 17 at Collision. He turned heel on October 4, defeating several opponents and hinting at a challenge for AEW World Champion MJF. On December 30 at AEW Worlds End, Wardlow joined The Undisputed Kingdom, teaming up with Adam Cole to pursue the AEW World Championship.

After winning an All-Star Scramble at Revolution for a title shot, he was defeated by Samoa Joe on Dynamite: Big Business. Since then, Wardlow has been missing from AEW programming.

AEW star Lady Frost took to Twitter and uploaded a photo of herself alongside Wardlow, Shawn Spears, Kiana James and Kofi Kingston during a recent red carpet event. Wardlow looked happy to be with his fellow professional wrestlers.

AEW is remaining quiet when it comes to Wardlow’s status in the company. Nevertheless, only time will tell whether Wardlow will return to AEW television this year, as fans certainly miss him.
