Rey Mysterio Gifts Dana White His Mask After UFC 306

Rey Mysterio is one of the most beloved WWE Superstars of all time, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have interests outside the realm of professional wrestling as Mysterio attended UFC 306 and even gifted UFC President Dana White his mask.

At UFC 306, which took place on September 14, 2024, in Las Vegas, Dominik Mysterio and Rey Mysterio made cameo appearances. The commentary team, including Jon Anik, Daniel Cormier, and Joe Rogan, acknowledged their presence during the broadcast.

The event, held over Mexican Independence Day Weekend, featured the father and son duo, who were notably shown sitting separately from each other and this wasn’t really a surprise either.

The TKO Group’s official Instagram account uploaded a video that saw Rey Mysterio and Dana White meet up backstage following UFC 306, where The Master of the 619 gifted one of his masks to Dana White.

This was certainly a great moment for Dana White and Rey Mysterio and fans in attendance were also happy to see the WWE Hall of Famer at UFC 306, so we’ll have to see whether he will make it for the next event.
