The live crowd in Seattle was treated to an action-packed night during the September 13th episode of WWE SmackDown. WWE delivered a thrilling lineup of matches and unforgettable moments, with the added bonus of several legends returning, including Rob Van Dam and Vickie Guerrero. Guerrero has since shared her first remarks after making her return to the WWE spotlight.
Several WWE legends were in attendance for the September 13th episode of SmackDown. Throughout the show, notable figures like Vickie Guerrero, Rob Van Dam, and Teddy Long were seen in the crowd, adding to the excitement of the night.
In a WWE SmackDown exclusive, Vickie Guerrero shared her thoughts on attending the season premiere. She expressed her excitement about being back, stating it felt like home and that she was grateful to reconnect with old friends and meet new faces. Guerrero talked about the joy of seeing the new generation of WWE talent and enjoyed talking with the current roster, comparing the experience to being “a little girl in a candy store.”
“It’s so good to be here. It’s such a good time tonight. I love it. To come back and to be asked to be here tonight, of course, how can you say no? This is my home, this is where everything started. To see all my old friends and just familiar faces and meet new ones, it’s a blessing tonight. It’s fun to see the new generation come up and see how they’re gonna lead WWE, but to be able to sit with the girls and talk to them and to be able to get to know the new roster, this is a great day today. I’m just like a little girl in a candy store.”
When asked to choose between Raw General Manager Adam Pearce and SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis, Guerrero complimented both, saying they were doing an excellent job. She humorously noted that during her time as General Manager, she had to manage both shows, giving herself a little credit before wishing Pearce and Aldis continued success.
“They’re doing a great job. Everyone has their own take talent, but in reality, are they managing both shows? But anyway, I had to build my ego up a little bit, but these are great gentlemen, they have a lot of talent. I watch them, they’re doing a great job, and I wish them the best.”
We will have to wait and see whether Vickie Guerrero will end up making more appearances on WWE television following her SmackDown return, as fans would more than love to see her appear more often.
