The first night of WWE SmackDown’s return to the USA Network was action-packed, starting with Roman Reigns making a big return and ending with a major match being made official.

Roman Reigns returned to confront The Bloodline after Cody Rhodes won a cage match against Solo Sikoa. Reigns stepped in to help the Undisputed WWE Champion, and together they fought off The Bloodline for a brief moment.

Later, Nick Aldis announced that Cody and Roman would team up to face The Bloodline at the upcoming WWE Premium Live Event, Bad Blood. At first, Cody declined the offer, saying he was done with The Bloodline.

However, the show’s main event ended with an attempted sneak attack by Tonga Loa and Tama Tonga. With no other choice, Cody finally agreed to team with Roman, signing the contract to make the match official.
