Natalya Expresses Admiration for Triple H’s Human Approach to Leadership

Natalya, who has been an important part of WWE’s women’s division since 2008, recently signed a new contract with the company. Fans were excited to see when she would be back on TV, and she made her return on RAW this week. After coming back, Natalya praised Triple H, saying he has made a positive difference in her WWE experience.

On the September 9 episode of Monday Night RAW, Sonya Deville, Zoey Stark, and Shayna Baszler competed against Zelina Vega and Lyra Valkyria. The babyface team was short a partner, leaving fans curious about who would join them.

The mystery was resolved when Natalya made a surprise return. The crowd in Alberta erupted as Natalya’s music played. She quickly joined the match and made a significant impact, helping her team secure the victory.

While speaking on the Growing Up Von Erich podcast, Natalya spoke about her time away and how her time off was facilitated smoothly by Triple H. She mentioned that the company was very accommodating, allowing her to take as much time as she needed. Natalya underwent eye surgery to correct astigmatism and appreciated Triple H’s understanding, as he encouraged her to prioritize her health without worrying about work.

Natalya praised Triple H for his supportive and empathetic approach, noting that his experience as a wrestler and his understanding of personal challenges made working with him refreshing. Natalya pointed out how Triple H’s leadership has positively impacted her work environment, appreciating his ability to relate to the emotional and personal aspects of the job.

“I took a little time off this summer and the company was so great about it. They were like, ‘Take as much time as you need.’ It’s really changing so much in the best way. The culture is so different now. Our boss, Triple H, he is such a cool boss. I recently got eye surgery to correct astigmatism in my eye. I needed a little bit more time off to get that done and he was like, ‘go get your eye fixed. Don’t even worry about it. Take care of yourself.’ It’s so cool to have a boss that is human. Working with Triple H over the last year has been such a breath of fresh air because he was also a wrestler. He knows what it’s about when you’re pitching a storyline or going through a hardship at home. He has three daughters as well. He knows about handling girls. Girls are different than guys. We’re more emotional, we overthink things. He’s a really cool boss. I really like working for him and with him. It’s been such a breath of fresh air,” she said.

We’ll have to see how WWE will use Natalya on TV in the coming weeks now that she’s back after a long time away. Fans are eager to see her succeed and are hopeful for a strong push in her return.
