Brian Myers and Eddie Edwards reclaimed the TNA World Tag Team Championship at Victory Road, defeating ABC’s Ace Austin and Chris Bey in a hard-fought match. This victory marks a significant moment for Myers and Edwards, as they once again hold the coveted tag team titles.

The match saw Chris Bey entering with an injury, with his ribs becoming a major target throughout the bout. As the match progressed, Bey was isolated by Myers and Edwards, making it increasingly difficult for him to mount a comeback. Despite his resilience, the numbers game overwhelmed Bey. In a key moment, Alisha Edwards interfered by grabbing Bey’s leg, leading to Eddie Edwards landing his signature Boston Knee Party for the victory.

Bey and Austin originally won the titles at TNA Slammiversary, successfully defending the gold against First Class’ KC Navarro and AJ Francis during their reign.

Meanwhile, Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy recently defeated The System on the September 12th episode of TNA iMPACT! and now believe they are in line for another shot at the TNA World Tag Team Titles.
