Chris Jericho arrived in style in his brand new customized Bentley car for the September 11 edition of AEW Dynamite in Lexington, Kentucky. However, his latest spending of nearly $100,000 was ruined by his current rival, Orange Cassidy.
Following a successful tag team bout where The Learning Tree picked up a win in a trios match, Chris Jericho grabbed the microphone to turn his attention toward Cassidy, showing that he still had his backpack while flaunting his customized $7000 suit.
Chris Jericho stated that he found a picture of Orange Cassidy and his former allies from The Best Friends faction, which ultimately exploded. Jericho made it clear that in professional wrestling, those claiming to be your friends are the ones to stab you in the back and demand his money back.
As Jericho continued to insult him, Cassidy appeared on the titantron, revealing that he did not have any money to return, but his friends did. Right after, Cassidy’s allies, Kyle O Reilly and Mark Briscoe, drove a construction vehicle and dropped loads of coins onto his Bentley car, leaving him agitated as the segment came to a close.
