Nikki Bella Retains Divorce Attorney Aafter Artem Chigvintsev’s Domestic Battery Arrest

Artem Chigvintsev, known for his time on “Dancing With The Stars” and his marriage to former WWE star Nikki Bella, recently made news after being arrested for domestic battery. Following this incident, reports indicate that Nikki Bella has retained a divorce attorney, suggesting potential legal action regarding their marriage.

Artem called 911 early in the morning around 8:30 AM to report a “medical emergency” but later canceled the request. Despite the cancellation, the situation escalated, and deputies from the Napa County Sheriff’s Office arrived by 10 AM. Upon discovering injuries on the alleged victim, Chigvintsev was arrested on charges of assaulting a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Napa County Jail with bail set at $25,000 but has since been released.

Chigvintsev is currently staying at a friend’s house, while Nikki Bella remains in the family home with their 4-year-old son, Matteo. The victim is reportedly cooperating with the authorities.

It was reported that Nikki Bella was actively seeking a divorce lawyer. According to a source from PEOPLE, Nikki Bella has hired a divorce lawyer just under two weeks after Chigvintsev, 42, was arrested on allegations of causing corporal injury to a spouse. This development has added further strain to their relationship.

It is to be noted that Artem Chigvintsev may also be facing charges following his arrest. Bella was also spotted without wedding ring, so we will have to wait and see what will become of Artem Chigvintsev in the end.
