Two weeks ago, Totally Harmless Concept LLC filed a trademark for “The Hurt Syndicate,” following previous trademarks related to MVP. Sources confirm that discussions have taken place regarding a faction similar to The Hurt Business outside WWE.
Specifically, AEW has reportedly been in talks with Bobby Lashley, MVP, and Shelton Benjamin in recent weeks, though no deal has been finalized. We will have to see if they can get things together by this week’s episode.
Bobby Lashley’s WWE contract has recently expired, while MVP and Shelton Benjamin are free agents.
