It’s Wednesday night and you know what that means! The post-AEW All Out episode of Dynamite will go down tonight, and Ringside News has got you covered with live play-by-play results coverage for the September 11, 2024 episode.

AEW Dynamite Results (9/11/2024):

The show opens up with backstage footage from AEW All Out. Jon Moxley says he didn’t enjoy what he did, but he did what had to be done. Moxley then says Bryan Danielson didn’t have the stomach to be at his side. Moxley then says AEW is swarming with out of control egos and he can’t take it anymore. Moxley then talks about the Blackpool Combat Club. Moxley says their mentor referred to Danielson as the perfect wrestler. Moxley then says Danielson was always his lordship’s favorite. Moxley then says he is not a hero nor is he a villain. Moxley then says he knows why God put him here. Moxley then says they tried things Danielson’s way, but diplomacy failed and now he chooses war.

We then get video footage of Darby Allin skateboarding into the parking area and entering the venue. Excalibur and Taz then welcomes us to the show and says that Moxley has been looking for Allin.

We then see Tony Schiavone standing inside the ring and he introduces “The Patriarchy” Christian Cage. Cage makes his way down to the ring with Killswitch, Nick Wayne and Mother Wayne. Cage has the contract he earned for a shot at the AEW World Championship in hand. Schiavone starts off by pointing out Christian Cage’s contract for an AEW World Championship Match at any time and place of his choosing, but Cage says that he’s carried AEW on his back for the last year and a half. Cage then says when Killswitch almost turned his back on him, he saw the light bulb go off in his eyes and Killswitch realized what he is and needs to be. Cage then says Killswitch is a killer and the most complete big man in the business and Killswitch belongs to him. Cage then puts Bryan Danielson and his AEW World Championship on notice, then says he will do anything and everything to dethrone him. Cage then tells Danielson that he’ll beat him down so bad that he’ll wish his wife Brie Bella was the one who had CTE before expressing his confidence in becoming the new AEW World Champion. We then see Kip Sabian leave the crowd after hearing what Cage had to say.

We then head to the back, where Renee Paquette is interviewing the Don Callis Family as well as AEW International Champion “The Aerial Assassin” Will Ospreay. Callis thanks Ospreay for being there and brings up Ospreay winning every Casino Gauntlet prior and maybe tonight he teams with Kyle Fletcher and bring in the AEW World Tag Team Titles. Ospreay says he has his hands full with Ricochet, but Callis brings up the favor that Ospreay owes him and Fletcher says he is tired of being so close and not getting the job done. Fletcher then says there’s not a single person he’d rather win the Tag Titles with than Ospreay. Ospreay then accepts, but Takeshita is less than thrilled as Ospreay and Fletcher walks off.

We then get the entrances of the first match of the night, which is an AEW TNT Championship Match.

AEW TNT Championship Match: The Elite’s “The Scapegoat” Jack Perry (c) vs. Lio Rush

The match starts off with Perry delivering some stomps on Rush in the corner and gloats. Rush then. delivers some right and left hands on Perry and hits a dropkick on him. Perry then sends Rush crashing into the ring apron face first. The referee then kicks Andretti out from ringside as Rush rolls up Perry. Perry then kicks out and Rush hits him with a couple of tope suicidas on the outside. Rush then gets back in the ring with Perry and hits him with a standing Spanish Fly, then goes for a pin but Perry kicks out. Perry then hits Rush with a Razor’s Edge, then follows it up with a couple of Snap Dragon suplexes and a reverse hurricanrana. Perry then hits Rush with a running knee for the win.

We then see Alex Marvez catching up with Jack Perry backstage, asking his thoughts on All Out. Perry says people like him are crucified in this life so they can be worshipped in the next. Perry then tosses the TNT Title into the Scapegoat bus and drives off.

Video footage of the Lights Out Steel Cage Match was then shown from All Out between Hangman Page and Swerve Strickland. We then head to the back, where “Hangman” Adam Page is being interviewed by Renee Paquette. Paquette asks Page where his head is at now. Page says if he found 1,000 houses that Strickland called home, he would’ve burned them all to ash just to make him pay for what he did to him and his family. Page then says he meant everything he did to Strickland and if anyone got in his way and tried to protect Strickland from him, he will find them and hurt them. Page then nails some as he leaves and he runs into Top Flight and Leila Grey. Page then approaches the Dark Order, who say they don’t even know who Page is anymore. Jeff Jarrett then says he’s seen a lot of guys take that demented path. Jarrett then says Page might be going the extra mile, but it all ends up in shame and regret. Jarrett then says Page will regret the day he laid hands on his wife. Jarrett then says Page will learn the worst person he’ll ever look at is the one staring at him in the mirror. Page then tosses Jarrett into a bunch of chairs as he storms off with Karen Jarrett, Jay Lethal and a host of others tending to Jeff.

Private Party, Komander and Alex Abrahantes then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night as their opponents wait in the ring. Marina Shafir, Claudio Castagnoli and PAC then blindside Private Party and Komander, with Shafir putting Komander to sleep and Castagnoli sends Kassidy out of the ring. Shafir, Castagnoli and PAC then enter the ring alongside Jon Moxley and PAC vents his frustrations with AEW being a broken company. PAC says he’s been lost for a long time, but now he has purpose thanks to Moxley. PAC then says diplomacy has failed and AEW is theirs. Castagnoli and PAC then storms off as Moxley and Shafir stand over Komander before walking off as well.

We then see The Learning Tree arrive backstage in a Convertible as Chris Jericho says he is wearing the $7,000 jacket Orange Cassidy ruined 4 years ago. Jericho then says that’s why he stole Cassidy’s backpack last week and will show everyone what’s in it later tonight. Big Bill then says Cassidy must suffer the consequences.

We then get the entrances of the next match of the night, which is a Singles Match.

Singles Match: Ricochet vs. ROH World Tag Team Champions “The Spanish God” Sammy Guevara

The match starts off with Ricochet tripping Guevara. Both men then take turns in rolling each other up and look to nail each other with kicks, but see the other coming and opt against it. Ricochet then hits a boot on Guevara’s midsection, then follows it up with a dropkick and flies out of the ring to land on Guevara. Ricochet and Guevara then brawl up the ramp and Guevara sends Ricochet crashing into the entrance tunnel. Guevara then hits a superkick on Ricochet and climbs up, then hits Ricochet with a moonsault. Ricochet then hits Guevara with an uppercut. Guevara then responds with a dropkick on Ricochet on the outside under the bottom rope, then sends him crashing into the barricade. Ricochet then hits Guevara with a back body drop, then follows it up with a Swanton Bomb off the barricade and sends Guevara back inside the ring. Ricochet then hits a clothesline on Guevara off the top rope, then follows it up with a standing moonsault and goes for a pin. Guevara then kicks out and Ricochet delivers some kicks on Guevara’s chest. Guevara then hits a Canadian Destroyer on Ricochet, then climbs to the top and hits him with a cutter. Guevara then goes for a pin, but Ricochet kicks out. Guevara then climbs back up to the top and looks to hits a 450 Splash, but Ricochet avoids it. Guevara then nails Ricochet with a knee and sets up for the GTH, but Ricochet escapes and hits Guevara with a scissor kick. Ricochet then follows it up with Vertigo for the win.

After the match, The Beast Mortos blindsides Ricochet. Guevara then slides into the ring with a chair in hand to even the odds and Mortos retreats. Guevara then raises Ricochet’s arm.

We then get video footage of Kris Statlander vs. Willow Nightingale in a Chicago Street Fight at AEW All Out. Excalibur says Statlander won the match.

We then head to the back, where Renee Paquette is interviewing AEW Continental Champion “The Rainmaker” Kazuchika Okada. Okada says defending his title at All Out was the hardest night of his life as he fought off tears, but it was so easy. Don Callis then shows up with Konosuke Takeshita. Callis says Okada didn’t pin Takeshita. Okada then says Takeshita will be a champion, just not the Continental Champion b***h. Takeshita then gets in Okada’s face and Okada walks off.

Darby Allin then makes his way down to the ring to address the AEW fans.

Darby Allin starts off by saying someone has been looking for him and he’s right there in the ring. Jon Moxley’s music then hits and Moxley makes his way down alongside Marina Shafir, showing he has no weapons in hand to Allin. Moxley tells Allin he doesn’t know what he thinks he saw or heard, but nothing’s changed between them. Allin then cuts Moxley off and says he takes none of what he has for granted with everything he’s been through in life. Allin then says AEW gave him everything and he wants to tell Moxley a story. Allin then says his first year in wrestling, he looked for a hero but they all showed him what fakes they were. Allin then says Moxley didn’t change for anyone and for that reason, he wanted to be like him and to this day, Moxley still wrestles in high school gyms because he loves the wrestling business. Allin then recalls meeting Moxley for the first time in a high school gym and wrestling him for the first time and says while he lost, he gained the confidence to feel like he belonged in the wrestling business. Allin then says he will never do what Moxley did to Bryan Danielson and no longer wants to be like him. Moxley then says Allin secured an AEW World Championship Match at AEW Grand Slam in the Royal Rampage Match, but that will no longer be happening after what he did to Danielson. Moxley then demands that Allin give him his title shot and Allin declines to give it to him. Allin then tells Moxley to do something if he wants it so bad and Moxley challenges him to a match at AEW Grand Slam for Allin’s title shot and Allin accepts. Allin then says if Moxley wants to burn AEW to the ground, he shouldn’t be surprised when he pulls him into the fire. Allin then shoves the mic into Moxley’s chest and drops it. Moxley then keeps Shafir cool and then bows to Allin before leaving the ring.

We then head to the back, where Alex Marvez is interviewing Christopher Daniels about how this effects Grand Slam. Nigel McGuinness then approaches Daniels and wants to talk to Tony Khan, telling Daniels to trust him. McGuinness then says Khan will want to hear what he has to say.

Commentary then acknowledges the anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attack and the lives that were lost 23 years ago.

We then get the entrances of the next match of the night, which is an AEW Women’s World Championship Eliminator Match.

AEW Women’s World Championship Eliminator Match: AEW Women’s World Champion “The Glamour” Mariah May vs. Queen Aminata

The match starts off with both women going back and forth. May and Aminata then exchange forearm shots with each other and May hits a chop on Aminata. Aminata then hits May with a clothesline and a kick on her chest, but May responds with a kick on Aminata’s spine and follows it up with a dropkick. May then drapes Aminata on the ring apron and delivers a right hand on her spine, then follows it up with a boot to the side of her head. May then climbs to the top and hits Aminata with a missile dropkick. May then sends Aminata crashing into the top turnbuckle face first, then follows it up with an overhand chop and sets up for a reverse hurricanrana as Aminata sits on the top rope. Aminata then avoids it and hits a German suplex on May, then follows it up with a running boot. May then sends Aminata’s head bouncing off her knee, then hits her with a hanging DDT off the middle rope and goes for a pin. Aminata then kicks out and May gets her up on her shoulders, but Aminata escapes and sends May crashing into the mat, then climbs to the top and looks to hit a double stomp. May then hits Aminata with a dropkick and follows it up with Storm Zero for the win.

After the match, May grabs a mic and says she won’t be holding her AEW Women’s World Championship commemoration in Lexington, Kentucky. May then asks Mina Shirakawa to come back to AEW.

We then head to the back, where The Young Bucks (Matthew Jackson and Nicholas Jackson) talks about how they want to have the greatest tag team division of all-time when they started the company. Matthew then says they didn’t realize they were talking about themselves. Matthew then says the tag teams haven’t been good enough to beat and replace them. Nicholas then says they booked the Tag Team Casino Gauntlet Match because they are waiting for someone to step up. Nicholas then says they will be out there watching the match live.

We then get a video package of Saraya and her family taking over Zero Hour at All In as well as the return of Jamie Hayter.

“The Learning Tree” Chris Jericho, “The Bad Apple” Bryan Keith and “The Redwood” Big Bill make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night and the Iron Savages are already waiting inside.

Trios Match: “The Learning Tree” Chris Jericho, “The Bad Apple” Bryan Keith and “The Redwood” Big Bill vs. Iron Savages (Bronson, Boulder and Jacked Jameson)

The match starts off with Jericho and Boulder. Bill tags in and he locks up with Boulder and Boulder hits a clothesline on Bill. Keith and Jacked Jameson then tag in and Keith sends Jameson crashing to the mat and off the middle rope. Jericho then tags in and pins Jameson for the win.

After the match, Jericho grabs a mic and pulls out a picture in it of Orange Cassidy with Kris Statlander, Trent Beretta and Chuck Taylor. Jericho then mocks Cassidy for holding on to the picture, then demands his $7,000 for his jacket. Cassidy then appears on the big screen and Mark Briscoe and Kyle O’Reilly are standing by with a truck. They then dump a whole bunch of coins on Jericho’s car and Cassidy places a dollar on one of the seats before taking the change in coins as Jericho sobs in the ring.

Nigel McGuinness is in the ring and says there is something he needs to get off his chest. McGuinness then says with Darby Allin putting his title opportunity on the line at Grand Slam against Jon Moxley, there won’t be an AEW World Title Match. McGuinness then says that’s good news for the champion as he is probably strapped to an Iron Lung, gasping for air like Justin Roberts when he was choked out by his own tie. McGuinness then says it’s not so good for AEW as a former World Champion himself, he believes Grand Slam should have the AEW World Champion compete. McGuinness then pulls out a piece of paper asking how many years he’s had to watch Bryan Danielson’s career, having success that should have been his. McGuinness then says Bryan Danielson is afraid of him and Danielson is afraid of the one match that everyone wants to see. McGuinness then says Tony Khan isn’t afraid and Khan knows a money match when he sees one. McGuinness then says at Grand Slam it will be Bryan Danielson vs. himself for the AEW World Championship and he guarantees Oasis will play him to the ring, but will Danielson join him for the Final Countdown or will it be the final match of The American Coward. McGuinness then says the ball is in Danielson’s court.

FTW Champion HOOK is then shown talking about how he respects Roderick Strong, but once Strong’s buddies attacked him after he choked Strong out, things changed. HOOK then says that is not the Strong he respects, but he is challenging Strong anytime and anyplace.

AEW World Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks (Matthew Jackson and Nicholas Jackson) then make their way down to the ring for the main event, which is a Tag Team Casino Gauntlet Match. FTR, Will Ospreay and Kyle Fletcher make their way down to the ring next.

Tag Team Casino Gauntlet Match (Winner Gets A Shot At The AEW World Tag Team Championship At Grand Slam)

The match starts off with Kyle Fletcher clotheslining Dax Harwood out of the ring. Fletcher then hits a Liger Bomb on Will Ospreay and goes for a pin, but the fall is broken up. Cash Wheeler then delivers some chops on Fletcher and Harwood hits a superplex on Ospreay before Wheeler hits a splash on him and goes for a pin, but Ospreay kicks out. The Righteous are up next in the match and Vincent hits a Russian Leg Sweep on Fletcher. Wheeler then delivers some uppercuts on Dutch and Vincent and Vincent hits a Swanton Bomb on Wheeler off the top. Vincent then goes for a pin, but Wheeler kicks out. Ospreay then sets up for a Styles Clash on Wheeler, but The Righteous prevent him from hitting it. Fletcher then hits a Half Nelson suplex on Vincent, but Dutch sends Fletcher into the corner. Fletcher then hits a cutter on Dutch off the middle rope and goes for a pin, but Dutch kicks out. The Undisputed Kingdom then enters the match next and Matt Taven throws Fletcher over to Mike Bennett, who hits him with an uppercut. Taven and Bennett then double team on Fletcher and Bennett hits a Death Valley Driver on Ospreay. Taven then follows it up with a kick on Ospreay’s chest.

Bennett then hits a back suplex on Vincent. The Acclaimed are the next entrants in the match and Anthony Bowens and Max Caster waste no time in going after everyone else in the match. Bowens delivers some stomps on Taven in the corner as FTR beats down Fletcher on the outside. Bowens then sends Bennett into the corner and The Acclaimed double team on him. Taven then sends Caster crashing onto the apron and Bowens nails him with a superkick. Caster then hits Taven with a crossbody off the top rope. Caster then hits a driver on Dutch and goes for a pin, but Wheeler breaks the fall. Bowens then hits a Fameasser on Bennett. The Acclaimed are the only ones standing in the ring as MxM Collection enter the match next. Mason Madden then hits a double shoulder tackle on Taven and Bennett and Mansoor hits a Manhattan Drop on Bennett before Madden sends him crashing out of the ring. Madden and Mansoor then double team on Taven as The Acclaimed brawl with The Righteous on the outside. Wheeler then sends Vincent’s face bouncing off the ring apron. The Acclaimed and MxM Collection then hit a quadruple suplex on The Undisputed Kingdom and The Righteous.

Top Flight are next in the match and Dante Martin and Darius Martin double team on Taven and Wheeler. Darius then hits a Tornado DDT on Dutch and Dante comes face-to-face with Ospreay. Bowens then hits a running knee on Fletcher and FTR hits Fletcher with the Shatter Machine and goes for the pin and everyone else breaks the fall. The Outrunners are the next team in the match and Truth Magnum and Turbo Floyd hit a double bodyslam on Dutch, then fly out of the ring to land on The Righteous on the outside. Grizzled Young Veterans are next and James Drake and Zack Gibson brawl with Harwood and Wheeler to the back as a confused Ospreay looks on. Magnum then suplexes Mansoor onto everyone else on the outside off of the middle rope and The Outrunners double team on Mansoor back in the ring. Magnum then pins Mansoor, but Vincent pulls him out of the ring to break the fall. They then brawl with Floyd, but Darius flies to land on the four men and hits Vincent with a missile dropkick. Bennett then hits Darius with a piledriver, but Fletcher responds with a Brainbuster. Dante then climbs to the top and looks to hit a splash on Fletcher. Fletcher then gets his knees up and Ospreay hits him with the Hidden Blade. Fletcher then pins Dante as Ospreay holds off Mansoor for the win.

The winners and new #1 Contender’s to the AEW World Tag Team Championships, Kyle Fletcher and AEW International Champion “The Aerial Assassin” Will Ospreay!

After the match, graphics lists the Grand Slam matches. A graphic then lists Chris Jericho vs. Orange Cassidy for next week’s Dynamite. The Bucks and the team of Ospreay and Fletcher then jaws at each other and the show comes to a close.
