Sol Ruca Accepts Jordynne Grace’s TNA Knockouts Championship Open Challenge During 9/10 WWE NXT

WWE’s NXT brand and TNA Wrestling have developed quite an interesting working relationship, with talent from both companies making surprise appearances. During this week’s special episode of NXT, Jordynne Grace made waves by showing up to put her TNA Knockouts Title on the line.

Grace previously made a surprise appearance on the May 28 episode of WWE NXT, where she was revealed as the challenger for Roxanne Perez’s NXT Women’s Championship at NXT Battleground. Despite her strong performance, Grace was unable to capture the title due to interference from Tatum Paxley and Ash by Elegance.

At Against All Odds, Grace issued an open challenge for the TNA Knockouts World Championship, leading to a shocking debut from Paxley in TNA, who accepted the challenge. Grace ultimately retained her title after defeating Paxley. On July 20 at Slammiversary, Grace continued her dominant run by successfully defending her title against Ash by Elegance. Wherever she competes, Grace feels the support from her fans, and this week’s episode of NXT was no exception.

The anticipation built throughout the night as the women’s locker room buzzed over who would step up to face Jordynne Grace in her open challenge. When the time came, it was Sol Ruca who accepted, bringing a smile to the Knockouts Champion’s face.
