Hulk Hogan is a pro wrestling legend that some people wouldn’t mind being compared to. This is not the case for Nicki Minaj, as the famous rapper recently received this comparison and didn’t appreciate it very much.
Nicki Minaj was recently on a live stream with blonde hair and a bandana on her head. As she read the live chat, a fan commented that she looked like Hulk Hogan. While the comment was only about her headwear, it still drew a strong reaction from Minaj.
As Nicki Minaj addressed the fan’s comment, it became clear that she was far from amused. However, her response was both sharp and entertaining, as she made it clear that being compared to Hulk Hogan wasn’t something she found flattering.
“Who the f*ck you calling Hulk Hogan? Naw, I’m blocking your ass. Nu-uh hunty. Hulk Hogan? Hulk blockin.”
Hulk Hogan has long been a controversial figure in pro wrestling, with his name often tied to racism. His recent foray into politics, supporting Donald Trump’s 2024 US Presidential election campaign, may have only added to the sting of the comment for Minaj.
While it’s unlikely we’ll see any collaboration between Hulk Hogan and Nicki Minaj in the future, this exchange provided an entertaining moment for her fans. Minaj’s witty response highlighted that even in her playful moments, she doesn’t take comparisons like this lightly.
