Liv Morgan achieved a major milestone in her WWE career at Money in the Bank 2022, where she won her first championship by cashing in her Money in the Bank briefcase to defeat Ronda Rousey, claiming the WWE SmackDown Women’s Title. Morgan would go on to successfully defend the title in a rematch against Ronda at SummerSlam 2022 before eventually losing it back to Rousey at Extreme Rules 2022.

Since her departure from WWE, Ronda Rousey has sparked several controversies with her blunt comments about the company. She has been critical of WWE leadership on multiple occasions, while also making personal claims, including a recent one involving Drew Gulak. Rousey alleged that Gulak was “barely an acquaintance” and once reached for her sweatpants during a work session. Gulak ended his time in WWE a short time after that.

Speaking on The Happy Hour, Liv Morgan reflected on her time working with Ronda Rousey, sharing positive memories despite the controversies surrounding the former UFC champion.

“I had a great experience working with Ronda. I really did. We got along really well. We worked together well creatively. I have nothing but great things about my experience working with her.”

Despite the ups and downs in their storyline, Liv remains appreciative of her time working with Rousey, who continues to make headlines both in and outside the wrestling world.
