Batista has gone from being a wrestler to a popular actor, known for taking on different types of roles. Being a huge star in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he has now addressed possibly joining the DC Universe as well.

Before his breakthrough portrayal of Drax in Marvel’s ‘Guardians of the Galaxy,’ Batista faced significant financial struggles. However, his success as Drax propelled his career forward, leading to notable roles in films like ‘Blade Runner 2049’ and ‘Dune.’

While speaking with ComicBook.com, Batista mentioned that he would be open to appearing in James Gunn’s DC films, saying it would depend on finding the right role. He emphasized his admiration for Gunn, stating he would be excited to work with him again if given the opportunity.

“Yeah. Of course. As I’ve said, and I’ve been very open to that. I guess it just has to be the right part. But I’m very open to it, and I love James and I would do anything to work with him.”
