AEW All Out delivered plenty of exciting matches and jaw-dropping moments that thrilled fans throughout the event. One of the standout stories was the internal conflict within the Blackpool Combat Club, leading to its apparent implosion. However, it appears Tony Khan seems to have been called out by an AEW star for previously rejecting dangerous spots that ended up taking place at All Out this week.
During Bryan Danielson’s AEW World Title defense against Jack Perry, Danielson delivered a devastating Busaiku Knee, but it wasn’t enough to secure the win. Feeding off the energy from the crowd, Danielson hit another Busaiku Knee, finally clinching the victory and retaining his AEW World Championship at All Out.
However, after the match, things took a dark turn. Luchasaurus blindsided Danielson with a brutal attack. As Danielson recovered, Christian Cage appeared, seemingly ready to cash in his Casino Gauntlet match title shot. Just before he could strike, Jon Moxley arrived at ringside, followed by Claudio Castagnoli, Pac, and Wheeler Yuta, cutting off Christian’s advance.
In a shocking twist, Moxley turned on Danielson, covering his head with a plastic bag, while Pac held back Yuta from stopping the attack. Marina Shafir also joined in, leaving Danielson helpless on the mat as the crowd erupted in disbelief, chanting “This Is Murder.”
Eddie Kingston took to his Instagram and simply uploaded an image that pointed out the fact that Tony Khan previously rejected his requests for dangerous spots that ended up taking place at All Out anyway, including the infamous plastic bag spot. It also depicted a chair shot as well as gasoline with a matchstick, making it clear he had already proposed these ideas but were rejected. Kingston seemingly called out Khan over this fact.
”I’m just going to leave this here.”
Eddie Kingston underwent surgery for his leg injury and is expected to be out of action until next year. Therefore, we will have to wait and see what AEW will have planned for Kingston upon his return.
What’s your opinion on what Eddie Kingston conveyed regarding his rejected proposals to Tony Khan? Do you feel Khan should have allowed him to do some of his pitches in the past? Sound off in the comments section below!
