Bayley to Compete in First WWE TV Match Since SummerSlam

Bayley is set to make her in-ring return on the final episode of WWE SmackDown on FOX following her absence from televised action since SummerSlam.

WWE confirmed that Bayley will face Tiffany Stratton, Miss Money in the Bank, in a highly anticipated match.

Tensions between Bayley and Stratton have been brewing since SummerSlam when Stratton interrupted Bayley’s match against Nia Jax, teasing a Money in the Bank cash-in but opting to distract Bayley instead. This interference played a part in Bayley’s title loss to Queen of the Ring, Nia Jax.

Last week, Bayley returned the favor by interfering in Nia Jax’s Street Fight against Michin, setting the stage for her upcoming match against Stratton. Fans are eager to see how Bayley will seek revenge as the two women finally collide.

In addition to Bayley’s return, the episode will feature a massive eight-man tag team match, as The Street Profits and DIY take on Solo Sikoa, Tonga Loa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu. The final SmackDown on FOX promises to deliver a night of high-stakes action before the show moves to the USA Network next week.
