The Young Bucks, Matt and Nick Jackson have faced criticism over their personalities and the image they project. They continue to get a lot of hate from fans for numerous reasons and now they have defended themselves against claims of being irrelevant in pro wrestling.
Recently, it was reported that The Young Bucks rarely appear on television and haven’t defended their titles due to having limited dates. It was further added that they actually work under part-time schedule in AEW.
The AEW World Tag Team Champions have become quite controversial this year. Once a beloved tag team when the Jacksonville-based promotion first started, they have faced increasing criticism from fans since the formation of the new Elite stable. This criticism has been voiced across various social media platforms.
The EVPs, known for frequently updating their Twitter bios to reflect current trends or controversies, have recently addressed the backlash they’ve received online. The Young Bucks updated their bios to respond to claims that they are no longer relevant in professional wrestling. They defended themselves against the criticism by pointing out how fans claim they don’t care about them on various social media platforms, which simply proves they are not irrelevant at all.
“Alright, we get it. You don’t care about us. You made sure to tell us on here. And on Instagram. And Facebook. And on Tiktok. And on Reddit. And wait a min.”
The Young Bucks also retained their AEW World Titles at All In. Regardless, we will have to wait and see what’s next in store for the AEW World Tag Team Champions, as there are quite a few fans who feel they don’t deserve to be the champions.
