Hugh Jackman Receives Invitation to Attend AEW Show

Professional wrestlers and movies have often intersected, with several WWE stars like Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins having connections to Marvel films. Interestingly enough, it seems that Hugh Jackman, known for his role as Wolverine, has been invited to visit AEW.

‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ is the third installment in the Deadpool series and stars Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool and Hugh Jackman as Wolverine. Set in a post-apocalyptic future, the film was released last week and has gotten universal praise and acclaim from fans and critics alike.

During the AEW All In Zero Hour show, Dustin Rhodes and Sammy Guevara wore special ring gear that was inspired by Deadpool and Wolverine. As such, Dustin Rhodes took to Twitter and responded to a tweet by Hugh Jackman, as he stated that he is a huge fan and officially extended an invitation to Jackman to visit AEW.

A former WWE developmental talent was also part of the film. Regardless, we will have to wait and see whether Hugh Jackman will end up making his way to an AEW show somewhere down the line, as fans would more than love for that to happen.
