Cody Rhodes, currently reigning as the Undisputed WWE Champion, continues to be one of the most prominent figures in WWE. His ongoing feud with Solo Sikoa is far from over, and WWE’s plans for a rematch between the two are starting to take shape.

In the aftermath of Bash in Berlin, Cody Rhodes is set to respond to Solo Sikoa on the upcoming episode of Friday Night SmackDown. This comes after Sikoa made it clear in a video announcement that he intends to pursue the Undisputed WWE Championship, regardless of who emerged victorious from Bash in Berlin.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, while the rematch between Rhodes and Sikoa is confirmed, it won’t be taking place at WWE’s next pay-per-view event, Bad Blood. Instead, the match is expected to occur at a later date, though the exact timing remains uncertain.

“On the Cody-Sikoa front, from what I was told, Cody and Solo are not scheduled for Bad Blood but they are scheduled; I don’t know when the match will be. They are obviously on Friday’s show. They are going to setup a match. I wouldn’t be surprised but I have not been told this but they may do it on the first show on the USA Network, which would be a week from Friday.”

With Crown Jewel scheduled for early November, and reports indicating that Sikoa is set to participate in a WarGames match at Survivor Series against a team led by Roman Reigns, it seems unlikely that the Rhodes vs. Sikoa rematch will be booked for Survivor Series.

Cody Rhodes and Solo Sikoa previously faced off in a highly anticipated match at SummerSlam, where Rhodes successfully retained his title after a surprise interference by Roman Reigns, who took out Sikoa during the match. Given the unresolved tension between Rhodes and Sikoa, fans are eagerly awaiting their next showdown.

As WWE continues to build towards this inevitable rematch, the question remains: When will Cody Rhodes and Solo Sikoa finally meet in the ring again? Will it be at Crown Jewel, or will WWE save this match for an even bigger stage?
