There is a lot going on in NXT right now, and Trick Williams’ diss track may have gone under the radar for some fans. AJ Francis used to be a part of the WWE machine, and that diss track certainly piqued his interest.

After Trick Williams’ diss track went viral, one fan tweeted out to say, “Since ppl are talking about the trick Williams diss track yesterday I just got one question didn’t @AJFrancis410 wanted to do the same thing in wwe but they told him no????” This caught the attention of AJ Francis.

The former Top Dolla replied to confirm that he did diss tracks for the WWE main roster, but then he was told not to. He even explained how he tried to bring Arsonal to an NXT event in 2021, but they aren’t going for it.

“Not only was I not allowed to but I still produced them on my own every single week… I also tried to Bring Arsonal to NXT in 2021 and I was told ‘that’s not the look we’re going for’ … even tho we were literally rappers… S/o Shawn for listening to Trick & letting him do it”

WWE’s NXT brand has certainly changed a lot since Triple H took over the creative reins of the company. Shawn Michales has elevated acts like Trick Williams and now there is obviously a situation where diss tracks are what the black and gold brand is looking for.

We will have to see what Top Dolla does next in the pro wrestling world. He also wanted to make sure that fans realized that he was pulling off a provocative angle in TNA Wrestling a month before Sexxy Red ever appeared on NXT. He wants his flowers, and only time will tell how he gets them.
