Solo Sikoa to Confront Cody Rhodes on 9/6 WWE SmackDown

Cody Rhodes walked out of WWE Bash in Berlin as the reigning Undisputed WWE Champion by outlasting his ally, Kevin Owens. However, with one challenge conquered, another familiar one stares directly in the face of Rhodes.

On the September 2 edition of Monday Night RAW, it was announced that Solo Sikoa is set to meet Cody Rhodes on the upcoming episode of SmackDown. This will be the last SmackDown on Fox before its move to the USA network.

Solo Sikoa had declared his intentions to once again go after the Undisputed WWE title before Owens and Rhodes collided at Bash in Berlin. This came after his previous attempt at SummerSlam was ruined by the returning Roman Reigns, who he dispatched with a beatdown with his new Bloodline a few weeks ago.

With The American Nightmare set to be confronted by one of his heated rivals and be embroiled in another chapter of Cody vs The Bloodline, it will be interesting to see Solo’s path to bring back the title to The Bloodline while also seeing Rhodes fight his toughest foes in WWE again.
