In a year where WWE has signed many new talents and struggled to retain other talent, it appears that the company has managed to secure Asuka with a new multi-year contract.

The Empress of Tomorrow underwent knee surgery and began an intense rehabilitation journey, as she is determined to make her return to the squared circle as soon as humanly possible. She was also spotted without crutches during WWE’s most recent live event in Japan and is clearly getting better by the day.

According to a report by PWInsider, it has been revealed that Asuka has signed a new long-term deal with WWE. The terms of the contract, including its length and financial details, have not been disclosed.

Asuka last wrestled at WWE Backlash, teaming with Kairi Sane to take on Jade Cargill & Bianca Belair. Regardless, it is great to know that The Empress of Tomorrow will be sticking with WWE for a long time, as many fans feel she more than deserves it.
