WWE’s NXT brand and TNA Wrestling have developed a strong partnership, with unexpected appearances from stars on both sides. Recently, Rosemary from TNA showed up in NXT, and now it seems TNA is getting a boost from WWE talent, but this time the talent isn’t coming from NXT.

According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, Blair Davenport was spotted backstage at the TNA Emergence event. While it wasn’t explicitly stated why she was there, it’s reasonable to assume that she might be involved in the show.

Davenport, known for making a name for herself in NXT and on the WWE main roster, was previously recognized as Bea Priestley on the independent scene and in AEW. She was seen backstage at the TNA Emergence event in Louisville, Kentucky, earlier today, despite being a member of the SmackDown roster for months.

It’s interesting to note that Blair Davenport wasn’t brought overseas for the recent European tour, and she wasn’t used on today’s SmackDown, likely because of her presence at the TNA event.

Reports indicate that Davenport was backstage interacting with wrestlers and accompanied by Riley Osborne, who is scheduled to appear at the event. It’s unclear whether Davenport will be featured on tonight’s show or in tomorrow’s tapings.

It remains to be seen what Blair Davenport will do at TNA Emergence, but fans could be in for a surprise.

What are your thoughts on Blair Davenport showing up on TNA programming? Should Triple H find a bigger role for her on the WWE main roster? And what do you think about the partnership between WWE and TNA Wrestling—are you excited about it?
